Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Red Pill Medical. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    The product was purchased in the last 90 days
    The product is in its original packaging along with any unused product
    You have the receipt or proof of purchase
    You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Refunds, Late or missing refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by phone or email immediately.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product to Red Pill Medical are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.

Shipping Policy:

We offer ground, 2-day and next day air shipping services. Packages with ground shipping generally take 7 business days from placing an order to arrival at your door. We’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100.
